Trees wrapped in warm white lights glowing over the San Marin community entrance sign at night

Make your community glow.

Christmas lighting for HOA entrances, community common areas, and businesses across Orange County, from design through takedown. Homeowners can book too.

What you get

All of the glow. None of the ladder.

One crew handles design, installation, in-season care, and takedown. The final scope is confirmed in writing before booking.

Design

Start with the property, not a package: which trees earn a wrap, which sign gets the glow, and what stays dark on purpose.

Installation

Entrances, trees, signs, and rooflines, set so the display looks tidy at noon and right at dusk.

Seasonal care

A strand goes dark or the wind has opinions. You tell Lloyd; the fix gets scheduled.

Takedown

The lights come down between early January and early February, so the lift never becomes your problem.

Optional storage

Where offered, packed and labeled for next year instead of tangled in a storage closet.

Light the trees, not just the sign.

A row of wrapped trunks along the drive can do more than a thousand bulbs on a wall.

The season at a glance

September to February, planned.

The lights are up for the holidays. The planning around them starts in the fall.

  1. Late Sep – Oct

    Plan

A first conversation, a look at the property, and a proposal that fits the property.

  2. Late Oct

    Prepare

You approve the plan; materials and an install date get lined up.

  3. Nov – Dec

    Install & care

Lights go up before the holiday rush and stay looked-after through December.

  4. Early Jan – early Feb

    Remove & store

Everything comes down, the property is tidied, and next year starts easier.

Who you’ll talk to

One name, first call to last strand.

Lloyd is your point of contact the whole way through, so board members, property managers, and homeowners talk to the person who actually knows the site.
