Installer in a lift basket wrapping light strands through the branches of a magnolia tree

Services

Design, install, care, takedown.

Four parts of one seasonal service, for HOAs, commercial properties, and homes. Availability and the final scope are confirmed in each quote. For when each happens, see the season.

Design

Not every wall needs lights, and not every tree should be wrapped. The design picks the trees, signs, and lines that make the property look best after dark.

  • Entrance and monument sign lighting
  • Tree, palm, and shrub wraps
  • Clubhouse, building, and home rooflines
  • Garland, wreaths, and warm-white direction

Installation

The aim is clean runs, cords kept out of sight where the property allows, and a display that looks tidy in daylight, not just at night.

  • HOA entrances, medians, and common areas
  • Commercial buildings and signage
  • Homes, yards, and walkways
  • Temporary, season-only placement

In-season care

If a section goes dark, you have a direct way to report it. What is covered and how visits are scheduled is written into your quote.

  • One contact for issues
  • Simple reporting
  • Your project details on file
  • Coverage set before booking

Takedown and storage

The proposed takedown service includes removing temporary lighting and tidying the property. Where storage is offered, next season can start with a labeled box instead of a knot.

  • Scheduled removal
  • Property cleanup
  • Organized packing
  • Optional off-season storage
